Our instrument care solutions are highly concentrated special detergents for the cleaning of medical instruments, endoscopes, equipments, medical devices and surfaces. They are perfect for the gentle elimination of organic substances especially blood, albumin and lipids. They may be used for ultrasonic and manual cleaning.

Blanisol Pur

Contains non-ionic surfactants, Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium Chloride and fragrance. Detergent for instruments and surfaces. Can be used as a cleaning booster for cationic disinfectants. Neutral pH. Enzyme free.

Blanisol Ferm

Contains non-ionic surfactants, Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium Chloride, Protease Enzyme and fragrance. Excellent activity and stability even at high temperatures such as 60 degrees. Well suited for ultrasonic cleaning, with low foaming. Fast onset of action. Neutral pH. Enzymatic.

Blansisol Special

Contains non-ionic surfactants, Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium Chloride, Multiple Enzymes and fragrance. Contains multiple enzymes making it highly effective against proteins, carbohydrates, lipids & mucopolysaccharides. Compatible with Surgical, Medical & Dental Instruments. Uniquely stable formulation. Neutral pH. Enzymatic.
